Psyko C was basically a sick and sadistic, but funny clown living in the streets of Fairland, Indiana. Busting your head with rhymes, comedy, or a phone book really gets him going! He finally found a home living inside a ballcage behind an elementary school which later became known as Echo Fields (cause the screams and laughs of him and his victims echoed throughout the cornfields). Unfortunately, after being forced from his home by police after a false bomb threat by avid church-goers, Psyko C. still walks the streets with a phonebook in his hand longing for the days of freedom when he lived in the Echo Fields.
